Do Not Discard Box or Packaging! If a claim is filed with carrier, arrangements will be made for inspection, pick-up and replacement. You may be asked to supply photos of damage.
NOTE: Currently, shipping damage must be reported to UPS within 60 days of shipment. After that time, it is not covered and Corvette Central will not be held responsible for replacing or refunding damaged items. Please inspect all items upon receipt.

One of our Customer Service Representatives will then make arrangements for pick-up & replacement of the item.
If not reported within 30 days, you will need to return on your own.
NOTE: The product will be repaired or replaced under warranty at the manufacturer’s discretion.

1. Pack item carefully & insure with the shipper. We are not responsible for shipping damage incurred.
2. Return IN NEW CONDITION (not have been installed or altered)
3. Return IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING (intact with our product label)
4. Return WITH COMPLETED RETURN PORTION OF THE INVOICE
RETURNS WITHIN 60 DAYS: (of original invoice date) You don’t need to call us first. NO PROCESSING FEES!
Simply meet all return requirements (listed above) and receive a full refund of purchase price (by original payment method)
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ALL ABOVE LISTED RETURN REQUIREMENTS WILL RESULT IN A MINIMUM 15% PROCESSING FEE. FEES CHARGED ARE BASED ON MEETING ALL RETURN REQUIREMENTS.

Meet all return requirements and you have two options
Option 1. Receive a Merchandise Credit for the original price paid. Or
Option 2. Receive a Refund by original payment method less the minimum 15% Processing Fee.

RETURNS MORE THAN 1 YEAR AFTER ORIGINAL INVOICE DATE:
• Contact us in advance for authorization. We issue Merchandise Credits on returns over 1 year. No refunds.
• A minimum processing fee of 30% will be deducted from your Merchandise Credit.

FEES CHARGED ARE BASED ON MEETING ALL RETURN REQUIREMENTS. ANY EXCEPTIONS TO OUR POLICY MAY RESULT IN A MERCHANDISE CERTIFICATE RATHER THAN A REFUND.
NO RETURNS On SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS or ELECTRICAL ITEMS or on TOOLS if the packaging has been opened. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED, ALTERED or DAMAGED WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE.
Regarding core returns: all cores are inspected upon return and may be subject to the vendor's approval prior to refund being issued. Cores must be complete and in rebuildable condition in order to be eligible for a full refund.
IMPORTANT: These current policies supersede any and all prior policies that may be found in older published material including, but not limited to, catalogs, marketing materials and email promotions. Please review the following guidelines carefully before proceeding
