Completely assembled and when mounted in your car are ready for use. Available in both 67E and 67L handle designs.
NOTE: In early production, through approximately VIN #6000, the parking brake handle is solid black. A production change from the solid black handle to one with a chrome cap and chrome side bands begins to appear later in production.
