The finish on the Stainless Steel is not as glossy as a chrome finish.
These racks should be fitted to your vehicle before your car is painted to ensure proper fit. Before ordering our rack, check existing hole locations on the body. Through the years, there have been several suppliers for these racks and not total compliance was followed as to hole locations. Our rack measurements are: outer holes (center to center), 14 1/2" vertically. Center tube hole specifications are 17 1/8" vertically. Outer mounting holes are 38 5/16" apart.
