96 chambered exhaust
The only reason I am not rating this as a 5 is that there was a clamp not shipped with the kit. I talked with customer service and they are sending me one as well as recommending that 1 more band clamp be included with the kit. if this happens then the rating would be a 5. The sound of the system was excellent. I had a '66 with side pipes and the sound is very similar. I was concerned about drone (my definition is a constant irritating reverberation) but it does not have that problem. Upon acceleration it is loud but once you are at a steady speed you can barely hear a very low rumble. Does not cause any need for radio volume to increase and had no problem talking with my wife as we drove. Unless you have a lift and welder I would recommend professional installation, band clamps and flange are fine at catalytic and h-pipe to chambered tubes but you will not wan the tailpipe clamps visible form behind.
